I see so many marketers these days NOT building, and NOT engaging a list.
It’s a huge mistake.
HUGE.
Build a List = Build an Asset (Yours…YOU own it!)
The older I’ve gotten, the more I’ve become interested in working smart. The past 18 months or so, I’ve been laser focused on list building & engagement, and I’ve earned over $400,000 so far in the process.

I have a great (and reasonable) sense of security and financial peace at the end of the day, knowing that I’m building an asset that I own and control. I’ve learned how to monetize it reasonably, for the long haul – regardless of what happens with any “opportunity” I promote running into issues, etc.
That feels so good. You should get to know this feeling 🙂
Know what’s wild?
I’ve gotten to the point where I can waltz into just about any “opportunity” out there and with an email or two, create at least $10,000 in new income in a matter of a day or two. This is coming from a guy who is known by his friends (prior to leveraging the internet) to be a constant struggler. Hard worker…barely surviving through life.
What’s that saying? “With great power, comes great responsibility” (Or something like that)
I don’t “waltz” around much – I’m extremely selective in what I endorse/send to my list, and you should be too.
Let me sum this up quickly:
- I do free and paid marketing (constantly) to build my list
- I get paid (lots) while building my list
- I develop my asset (my list) WHILE getting paid
Because I choose to work this way, I enjoy more time and financial leverage than I’ve ever had in my life, I enjoy the greatest sense of financial stability I’ve ever known, and this has all allowed me to become closer with my family (extended and otherwise)!
Do You Have A Plan? How About A Mentor?
If I had run into me years and years ago…when I was grinding out a partial living doing old school MLM…I would have jumped all over this!
Is it just me, or is this approach the most logical thing you’ve ever heard??

That’s right…at the end of the day, I’m interested in furthering my reach, vicariously through other smart marketers.
Selfish?
Maybe, but everyone in this equation is winning!

I am (still) not very technical.
I have LOTS to learn, and still learn cool things all the time.
